Kalam, the Literary Society of BPIT, serves as an enriching platform that encourages the integration of literature, creativity and intellectual exploration. By building a vibrant community of readers, writers and literature enthusiasts, the society provides meaningful opportunities for academic enrichment, personal growth and artistic refinement. This emphasis on sustained literary engagement has significantly elevated the reputation of Kalam through active participation of students in competitions such as poetry recitation, creative writing, quiz, debate, JAM (Just a Minute) and stand-up comedy. These activities nurture individual talent and strengthen the literary prominence within the institution. Thus, the society remains committed to promoting an innovative and supportive environment that encourages the holistic development of literary and creative skills.

  • Vidhi, a student from the CSE department, secured third prize in the Surveyors Chase Competition held at DTU on 1st March 2026.
  • Siya Satija, a student of the CSE department, bagged second position in the Storytelling Competitionat Don Bosco Institute of Technology held on 27th February 2026.
  • Aditya Sharma of the CSE department was adjudged Best Overall Speaker in the Hindi Debate Competition organised at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College on 26th February 2026.
  • Rhythm Goel, a student of the IT department, earned the title of Best Interjector in the Bilingual Debate Competition held at Ramanujan College on 25th February 2026.
  • On 17th February 2026, Aditya Sharma from the CSE department and Aditya Parihar from the CSE-DS department secured second position in the Hindi Debate Competition at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi.
  • Vidhi, a student of the CSE department, received a certificate of Special Mention in the Kavyautkarsh event organised at Shyam Lal College on 16th February 2026.
  • Aditya Sharma from the CSE department secured the runner-up position in the Hindi JAM Competition at Anugoonj hosted by USICT on 6th February 2026.
  • Siya Satija of the CSE department bagged second position in the event Radio Junction at Technia  Institute of Advanced Studies held on 13th and 14th November 2025.
  • Aditya Parihar of the CSE-DS department represented Delhi at Mera Yuva Bharat, organised by the Department of Youth Affairs, in the Delhi Parliament held on 30th and 31st October 2025.
  • Ananya Bhardwaj, a student from the CSE department, secured first position in the JAM Online Competition at BPIT on 26th October 2025.
