Literary- Kalam

Kalam, the Literary Society of BPIT, serves as an enriching platform that encourages the integration of literature, creativity and intellectual exploration. By building a vibrant community of readers, writers and literature enthusiasts, the society provides meaningful opportunities for academic enrichment, personal growth and artistic refinement. This emphasis on sustained literary engagement has significantly elevated the reputation of Kalam through active participation of students in competitions such as poetry recitation, creative writing, quiz, debate, JAM (Just a Minute) and stand-up comedy. These activities nurture individual talent and strengthen the literary prominence within the institution. Thus, the society remains committed to promoting an innovative and supportive environment that encourages the holistic development of literary and creative skills.

  • Siya Satija of the CSE department bagged second position in the event Radio Junction at Technia  Institute of Advanced Studies held on 13th and 14th November 2025.
  • Aditya Parihar of the CSE-DS department represented Delhi at Mera Yuva Bharat, organised by the Department of Youth Affairs, in the Delhi Parliament held on 30th and 31st October 2025.
  • Ananya Bhardwaj, a student from the CSE department, secured first position in the JAM Online Competition at BPIT on 26th October 2025.
  • Aditya Sharma, a student from the CSE department, bagged first position in the JAM Online Competition at BPIT on 26th October 2025.
  • A student from the CSE department, Mahak Mudgal, secured second position in the JAM Online Competition at BPIT on 26th October 2025.
  • Rhythm Goel, a student of the IT branch, won third prize in the JAM Online Competition at BPIT on 26th October 2025.
  • Aditya Parihar from the department of CSE-DS emerged victorious, winning second prize in the Poetry Competition at Shri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce on 11th September 2025.
  • A student from the CSE department, Ujjwal Singh secured second position in the Kalavyakti Talent Hunt event hosted by DSEU on 22nd August 2025.
  • Vidhi, a student of the CSE department, secured first place in the Hindi Poetry Competition at GTBIT on 15th April 2025.

  • Aditya Parihar of the CSE-DS department was declared District Level winner in the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament at Zakir Husain College, Delhi, held on 25th and 26th March 2025.
  • Himanshu, from the EEE department, secured first position in the English Debate Competition held at DIAS on 22nd March 2025.
  • On 24th February 2025, Vidhatri Nautiyal, a student of the CSE branch, achieved first position in the Hindi Debate at the prestigious ANUGOONJ Fest of GGSIPU.
  • A student from the CSE-DS department, Yati, secured first position in the event Write-O-Mania held at ADGIPS on 19th February 2025.
